August 20 小杨来了
周六晚上,小杨同学乘着末班捷运到了我住的区。 在地铁站看到她,我才松了口气,总算顺利到达了。不知道为什么,这么多年,我一直觉得娇小的她,都是非常需要被人保护的。 但刚刚去过西藏的杨同学马上就证明了她的强大: 做的非常到位的狮城攻略——好多信息我都不知道; 一个人到处跑而没有被人骗走; 适应陌生城市的速度非常惊人; 对其他文化的好奇心和求知欲——我愿我也有。 想想这是很好理解的,她跑过的地方是我们这群人中数一数二的多吧。不是那种跟团旅游的,而是背着背包,‘自讨苦吃’的那种。我想有一天,他走过的地方会比我吃过的盐还多吧(虽然我吃盐很少)。
临睡前,我们有一搭没一搭的聊着。小杨说,不管是男是女,婚前还是婚后,自由都是要追求一辈子的东西。 我觉得,嗯,非常的经典。
后来几天,我们也聊了许多,有聊的,无聊的,拉拉杂杂,还连线了香港名主播段美女,似乎又回到了十多年前的青葱岁月。 说着说着,就觉得,不管我们是不是进入了人生的另一个阶段,其实,我们都没怎么变。

Your Diet Is on the Right Track, but Could Use a Bit More Direction You're definitely making some healthy choices, but to really get your skin looking it's best, check out the below tips from Drayer. If you incorporate this advice into your diet, you should start seeing an improvement in your skin in about four weeks! 1. Always drink at least eight glasses of water a day and cut down on caffeine and alcohol (both can dehydrate skin). If you simply must have a caffeine boost, drink green tea, which has skin-helping anti-oxidants. Drayer says to limit your alcohol consumption to one drink a day and your caffeine to 300 milligrams (or two large cups of coffee) a day. 2. Cut down on sugar (it can damage collagen and also cause increased oil production) and salt (it can cause puffy eyes). Try to keep your sugar intake no more than 10 percent of your daily calories and your sodium intake to less than 2,300 milligrams per day. 3. Up your vitamin C by eating foods like oranges, kiwi, grapefruit, broccoli and peppers. Vitamin C stimulates collagen production, which helps reduce wrinkles. Women should aim for 75 milligrams a day (an orange has about 78 milligrams). 4. Eat foods with high amounts of carotenoids, which can help protect your skin from sunburn. Some to try: sweet potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe and mangoes. 5. Increase your intake of omega-3 fats (get them from fish like salmon, herring and trout and flax seed or walnuts), it can help hydrate skin and keep it soft and smooth. Women should aim for 1.1 grams a day. 6. Eat dark chocolate! This yummy treat has high levels of cocoa flavanols, which are anti-oxidants that keep skin softer and more hydrated. Aim for at least 60 percent cocoa and try to buy natural cocoa instead of "Dutch press," since the "Dutch press" process removes some of the flavanols.
